The Role

The firm is looking for a Senior Conveyancer (4 years + PQE) to join their highly regarded Property Team in Northampton.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers.

The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. This role would involve managing a junior team of Conveyancers to ensure continuing success of this exciting practice.

You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload. You will take over an existing caseload and will be awarded lots of autonomy to make the role your own.

It will be to advantage if you have experience in business development and excellent client care.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE
  • You will be able to deliver first-class client service
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Business development and management experience is desired
