THE ROLE
This FinTech business is going through an exciting period of growth and acquisition. A new role has been created for a Commercial/IT Solicitor c 2 + PQE to join an established in house legal department.
You will be supporting senior team members with a view to handling a varied workload covering; commercial contracts, IT (including Saas) matters, tenders, management of commercial contract disputes and GDPR matters.
Part of the role will involve assisting in the development of precedents and training Stakeholders where necessary on key legal issues relevant to their business areas.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this opportunity you will have; a solid commercial/IT background, preferably gained from a leading law firm or in house legal department, good interpersonal skills and a strong team-working ethic.
