QED Legal are working alongside a leading firm in Yorkshire who are seeking an addition to their Leeds Corporate team. You will undertake broad Corporate / Corporate Finance and Company Commercial matters.

The department works across acquisitions, disposals, incorporations, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, private equity agreements and management buyouts etc.

The ideal candidate will be a junior Corporate Solicitor at NQ-1 year PQE or shortly coming up to qualification.

The team in Leeds is small with 3 Partners, 1 Associate and a Trainee with lots of scope to get heavily involved in transactions from the start and not be one of a number of junior lawyers all trying to get noticed and climb the ladder. As the firm is a leading top 200 law firm, you will get to work on bit ticket deals.

The firm is a perfect place for those who want to be involved and cut their teeth on high quality work at a strong practice without the over burdening red tape, and politics you might in big national and global practices.
