Job Details
We have received a new instruction from a prestigious US firm in Dubai that is looking to expand their construction disputes team with the hire of a mid-level associate.
The team specialises in arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution within the construction, engineering and infrastructure sector. The Partners are noted in the field for advising on high-profile disputes involving major projects in the GCC region.
Applications are sought from mid-level (c.2-4 PQE) UK qualified associates but the partners will consider lawyers with regional or other commonwealth qualifications.
Candidates must have high-quality construction disputes experience, including arbitration, from a firm that is well regarded in the sector.
