DISTRIBUTION, ACQUISITION AND CARRIAGE

9-12 MONTH FTC, 4 OR 5 DAY/WEEK

A leading global media and entertainment company is looking for a commercial lawyer with media and content acquisition/distribution experience to join its high performing legal & business affairs team, working across the UK and the EU. You will be a qualified solicitor with high calibre training and demonstrable experience in-house within media or digital media. You will work closely with your commercial and legal to deliver great third party channels and apps to our client's customers, as well as secure the best distribution opportunities for its own content on other platforms.

You may have some specific distribution or channel carriage experience but we are happy to consider wider content acquisition experience. Familiarity with the television and app sector and tech developments, particularly in relation to content delivery, will also be welcome.

Candidates will need to demonstrate versatility, a commercial approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges, even if they are not within your area of expertise.
