The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join a flourishing office in Wiltshire.
You'll be joining a very successful team within the commercial property space that has the capacity to have someone come in and evolve with the department as it continues to grow.
Given the reputation of the team, there is a varied caseload for you to take ownership of and you'll be working with regional and national clients on commercial and corporate matters. The primary industries you can expect to work in include house building, hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture and more.
You'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- Excellent knowledge of conveyancing and real estate law
- Ability to engage in your own business development
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits
