Award winning law firm recognised for their Corporate practice seeking to appoint a newly qualified Company Commercial Solicitor in their Banbury office.

The Role:
Opening for a newly qualified Company Commercial Solicitor in Banbury.
The firm has a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial work and specialise in drafting and negotiating of high value trade contracts. Their services include mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, shareholder disputes and corporate reorganisations which makes for an incredibly varied and interesting workload for an ambitious individual to explore.
The team are commended for consistently providing pragmatic legal solutions for complex, multi-faceted situations and take a tailored approach to each commercial project. Therefore, as a newly qualified solicitor you will have the opportunity to learn and adopt practices that will accelerate your professional development.
