Job Details
Our client is a leading South East firm with multiple offices is seeking to expand their dispute Resolution team with a established Partner. This is a varied role with plenty of exposure in commercial litigation matters which includes contractual disputes, warranty and earn-out claims, shareholder disputes and partnership issues and contentious intellectual property disputes (i.e copyright, patents, trademarks, design rights, passing off and breach of confidence claims).
As a senior member of the team you will have excellent communication skills and a desire to take part in the training and development of more junior employees. An ability to demonstrate strong marketing and business development is an essential part of this role and therefore a strong contact base or following is required.
