A Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years + PQE is required for a role at one of Midlands most prestigious firms to support the continued and rapid growth of the firm's Real Estate team.

This is a unique opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to join a thriving department. This regional firm has multiple offices and is highly ranked for multiple areas of law in the Legal 500 and Chambers guides.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 to join their team in Kidderminster.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role.

The caseload will include

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases
  • Landlord and tenant
  • Development and Portfolio management



You will join a friendly and supportive team that will allow you to grow and develop in the role.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with NQ - 4 years PQE
  • You will have good technical knowledge
  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
  • Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry-leading benefits package
