Work within the Commercial Property team includes all aspects of work, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold titles, residents’ association and commercial property management work, with re-financing.  You'll be involved with a wide range of property work for both local and household name clients. This will range from development projects and acquisitions and disposal of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management.
