The Role

The firm is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE for their Reading office which was shortlisted as one of the top real estate teams outside of London.

This real estate team pull in work that you'd only expect to find within City practices. Their ability to attract such high-quality work is down to their commercially driven approach that yields outstanding results for their clients at good value for money.

The team cultivate close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the commercial real estate process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands on with clients to provide proactive support. The work will be broad making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development commercial leases and landlord and tenant.

With a strategic growth plan in place for the Reading team, the market share will only increase and you can expect to have an engaging work load with clients across sectors including retail, hospitality, charities, NHS and other public bodies.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
  • Technical knowledge with a commercially sound approach
  • You should have first-class communication skills for business development
  • Salary is very competitive, depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
