The Role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Construction Senior Associate Solicitor to lead their Reading, Berkshire office.
The construction department manage a high calibre caseload and take advantage of excellent referrals from their well ranked Real Estate department.
The construction team deliver legal and industry support services to clients from the inception of projects through to completion. They also provide commercial solutions to clients during the lifecycle of ongoing contracts to avoid disputes and mitigate additional costs. They carry out all standard non-contentious and contentious work as well as specialising in managing risk in bespoke procurement.
You will demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge within the construction field and have experience advising public and private sector developers, contractors and consultants. The team also have significant experience in litigation, adjudication and arbitration so a proven ability to devise a commercial, solutions-based approach is critical.
If you have an aptitude for identifying and securing profitable growth opportunities, this is an incredible opportunity to head up a well-respected construction team that is primed for expansion. Requirements
- You will be a Construction Senior Associate Solicitor with 5-8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- Strong team player with a 360 approach to referrals and business development
- Ability to build credible relationships with those in the Construction industry
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience (you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package)
