Our client is now actively seeking a top tier city associate for its busy corporate practice. The team specialises in equity related issues and frequently advises on complex cross border transactions with a Cayman element. They regularly advise on M&A/JV transactions, private equity, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, listings, as well as more general commercial issues. Due to the nature of the jurisdictions, associates can also expect to gain significant exposure to a wide range of investment funds related work. On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package and the firm are known for their generous annual bonuses.
