This vacancy would suit an ambitious senior Associate or an existing Partner looking for a new challenge with a Legal 500 firm.

The role
This firm is seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their Wokingham, Berkshire office.
This role would suit an individual with in-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial Property with the ability to simplify processes and issues in order to provide outstanding client service.
You will work alongside other partners to grow and expand the practice and have a leading presence within the team. You will be given a high level of autonomy to make the role your own and will have a junior team to oversee, mentor and train. There is a down-to-earth atmosphere and a strong sense of team spirit in order to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
With a strong presence in the Thames Valley area, the Commercial Property team are noted in the Legal 500 and deal with all aspects of commercial property. This covers acquisitions and disposals, land development, real estate finance and landlord and tenant.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will be competent on running matters with limited supervision
- The role will deal with a varied array of work
- You should have first-class communication skills
- The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience (you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package)
