The Role
This firm have an opening for a Dispute Resolution Associate 2 - 4 PQE, with a clear springboard for progression.

The firms Dispute Resolution team is ranked in the Legal 500 and highly regarded for its exceptional clientele and variety of high-quality work.

Working alongside recognised Partners, dealing with an interesting and broad caseload that among other areas, includes:

  • A broad spectrum of Commercial Litigation matters
  • Professional Negligence
  • IT and Software Disputes
  • Construction and Engineering Disputes


You will have an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of dispute resolution process, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and settlement negotiation.

This firm offer excellent prospects for progression, with the firm boasting excellent staff retention. In this role, you will receive industry leading investment and client exposure in order to progress within this renowned department, working on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Associate with 2 - 4 years PQE
  • You will have experience in a broad range of disputes
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
  • You will be a team player and commercially minded
