THE FIRM
Our client is a prestigious central London law firm
THE ROLE
A solicitor with 2-5pqe is sought to join the Residential Developments team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The team forms part of the Residential Property department and focuses on plot sales or off plan properties.
Many of the clients are based overseas.
ABOUT YOU
You will need to have experience in the residential conveyancing process and of working on client matters from initial instructions to post completion matters.
Additionally, you will have almost exclusively focussed on residential property during your career.
