In House Counsel, 12 Month FTC, Competitive Salary, West Midlands
Your new company
Leading Midlands IT business are looking to recruit an organised and motivated In House Counsel to support there Legal function for a 12 month period.
Your new role
The role will primarily involve reviewing, preparing and administering commercial contract documentation in support of the commercial function for both customers and suppliers. You will review customers' and suppliers' own terms of business and drafting suitable amendments. You will also be negotiating amendments to draft contract wording either directly with customers/suppliers or indirectly through members of the Sales, Consultancy, IT and Compliance teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a NQ+ qualified UK solicitor with some commercial experience or qualified by experience with significant experience of contract management.
