Investment & Development Solicitor - Devon

International law firm that has an enviable portfolio of clients and acts on high value projects is seeking to expand their Real Estate Team.

As one of the top Real Estate teams in the country, they have a large team in Devon and across their office network and advise on a wide range of transactions.

The role will involve acting for landowners, farmers and local authorities on a range of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of properties, land and Undertaking a mixture of property work including granting of rights over land and charging/refinancing.

Ideally, you will be a Solicitor that has trained and qualified at a regional or City practice and built up a minimum of 3PQE, responsible for running a caseload relating to large scale developments and infrastructire, whilst also assisting more junior staff.  You will also be expected to play a part within business development and marketing.
