Top Legal 500 firm in London have a new strategic hire requirement for a Corporate Immigration Partner. This is a Head of Department opportunity and the firm are looking to heavily invest in the individual that joins.
This role will suit an experienced, ambitious lawyer looking for an opportunity to build and establish an immigration department with the backing of one of Londons most prestigious, longest standing law firms.
As well as established Partners the firm are also very keen to consider outstanding Senior Associates ready for that next step up to Partner who perhaps might be feeling frustrated by lack of progression. This is a rare and standout opportunity to make that next career step.
The Opportunity
The new Partner must have experience of working with high profile clients regarding the full range of business immigration matters. Experience in handling immigration work for high net worth individuals would also be a distinct advantage.

The work will include working on sponsorship licenses (Tier 2, Tier 2 ICT, Tier 5), visa for investors and entrepreneurs, extension of stay and settlements, advising and keeping abreast of immigration issues affecting the UK, visas for dependants, entry clearance, dealing with the immigration aspects of takeovers and mergers and assisting with large scale audits in the workplace. This is not an exhaustive list, the role will be varied and in-depth.
