The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a 3 - 6 year PQE Employment Associate to join their thriving and successful Reading team.

The Employment team pride themselves on providing clients with proactive, common sense support in a time sensitive manner. This goes beyond just advising on specific situations and extends to keeping clients compliant and updated on an ever-changing regulatory situation. You will cover both contentious and non-contentious matters and advise clients ranging from smaller private business up to major Nationals.

This specific role will involve but not be limited to managing & advocating at tribunal cases, providing employment advice, drafting contracts and advising other departments on employment matters.

The clients are of high quality and often international, and you will work alongside other expert leaders in your field.

Requirements

  • You will be a Employment Associate with 3- 6 years PQE
  • You will engage in business development for the firm as well as work alongside an existing caseload of reputable, quality clients.
  • You will provide general advice and guidance on Employment matters
  • You will have excellent communication skills
