Job Details
Our client is an extremely well run London law firm with an almost full service practice. It's covered across most areas but employment is lacking. As such this is a greenfield site. The client base is strong and there will be lots of clients who need the services of an employment partner so there will be significant work to tap into. You ideally need to have £200,000 - £300,000 of your own work / clients but inevitably there will be a similar amount to get from the firms clients and potetially more. If you'd like to join with an assistant that would work too. You will have the freedom to build your own team in this progressive firm which is well run and doing well despite the difficult climate. You'll need to have excellent client relationship skills, have clients that will follow you and have the desire to be the sole employment lawyer initially with a brief to build.
