The Client
A Top Tier Leading Legal 500 law firm who are currently looking to add an additional Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to their successful and expanding Commercial Property department. Our client boasts an impressive portfolio of clients and a fantastic reputation in the area.
Our client’s Commercial Property department are renowned for its high level of advice and service having extensive experience with a broad range of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, lease negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of leaseholder properties, as well as property portfolio management.
What's needed for me to be considered?
- Between 2 and 5 years PQE
- A strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, having lead on transactions alone as well as assisting Partners on complex matters
- Willingness to partake in Business Development
