Residential property solicitor/licensed conveyancer/legal executive/conveyancer- Sheffield city
The Firm:
- Long established law firm with a roots in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire
- Full service law firm
- Client focussed offering specialist services
- New role due to continued expansion throughout the firm
The Role:
Working as part of a close knit team, and reporting in to the senior partner, the role will involve handling a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion to include. This is a senior post and will also involve formulating a new team in this office in the long run. The main duties will include;
Sales and purchases, to include freehold & leasehold, registered & unregistered
- Re-mortgages
- Buy to lets
- Transfers of equity
- Auction properties
Requirements:
- Experience in handling a full residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
