Location: Whilst the firm are based in Worcester, fully remote working will be considered for the right candidate so candidates who live further away are encouraged to apply.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a firm of Employment specialists in Worcester. The firm are going through a period of rapid expansion and are looking for Solicitors to join their dynamic team. They are able to offer an excellent flexible working approach and are seeking someone who would be excited to embark on their journey to finding alternative solutions and new ways of working.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join them in their Worcester based office. The successful candidate will run a caseload of a broad range of Employment matters, to include both respondent and claimant work. The firm are very solutions-focused and so you will get the chance to be a part of an extremely exciting time for the business as they continue to explore alternative ways of working.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-7 years’ PQE
• Ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, to include both respondent and claimant work
• A strong team player and willing to share ideas to provide clients the best solutions possible
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a friendly approach
• Organised with excellent time management skills
