Leading challenger bank seeking a commercial contracts lawyer on an interim basis.
The Role
Provision of general commercial and regulatory advice, negotiating on key operational technology contracts, as well as advising on data protection issues.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must possess significant commercial legal experience and be technically sound in the negotiation of commercial contracts. Financial services experience is advantageous.
