TAX LITIGATION LAWYER - 1-3 PQE

This leading UK and international law firm have an excellent opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving contentious tax practice in London. The focus of the role will predominantly be on advising on and resolving complex and high value tax disputes, however, given the breadth of the practice, you will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions and tax planning, ensuring the most tax-efficient implementation and execution for clients.  Typical work may include tax risk management; employment tax related queries (PAYE and NICs); corporate tax disputes; SDLT enquiries; customs investigations; VAT claims and audits; advising on HMRC information requests across all taxes; and litigating in the Tax Tribunals and higher courts.  Applications are sought from UK qualified lawyers, with excellent academic credentials, who have gained strong UK tax experience to date within a major London or UK regional law firm, and who have a keen interest in developing their careers in high-end contentious practice.  Don't miss this superb City career opportunity - for more details, please apply now!
