The Role:

3+ PQE Commercial Litigator to join Cardiff PSL team in Cardiff Top 50 international firm.

Due to investment and looking to nurture talent across the wider litigation team, a technically excellent commercial litigator has the opportunity to join Wales' leading team, orientated globally and in support of some of the largest organisations that sit in numerous sectors.

In developing fee earner expertise, delivering training and working cross office in anticipation of market changes and headwinds, your influential role in the wider business will see you engage with colleagues at all levels of the company.

Keen to welcome those with experience in one or more areas, such as commercial disputes, international arbitration, financial disputes, white-collar, real estate and construction. Your experience in supporting colleagues blended with legal acumen will be met with ongoing professional development, often lacking in PSL roles elsewhere.

The role allows for majority home-working long-term if preferred.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE within Commercial Disputes
  • Ideally, a PSL or leadership background, though not essential
  • Experience gained at an international or reputable national law firm
  • Confident in developing business and building relationships with clients
  • Strong academic track record
  • Willingness to progress within the team
