Residential Development (housing sector expertise ideal) - Senior Associate looking for early / future partnership
Immensely profitable and prominent housing / development team in the South East is looking to take on an experienced associate to continue to drive forward their high profile offering. With longstanding relationships with major residential developers and house builders and on mainstream frameworks, you will work with leading names in the field on an existing, busy caseload with very genuine prospects for progression.
Although housing builder experience would be the ideal, the client is primarily seeking the right fit in terms of personality and approach so development experience in either commercial or residential property or construction will be considered and the firm is flexible as to your level of experience so long as you can hit the ground running.
