Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £75k

Douglas Scott are working with a leading Merseyside business in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the existing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a mixed workload, a sample of which is listed below:

• Leading on a range of complex commercial legal matters such as major contracts, projects, procurements, partnerships and other collaborative agreements.
• Drafting, negotiating and preparing all supporting documentation in relation to a broad range of large commercial contracts including client and supplier agreements.
• Providing general legal advice to the business across a range of topics, including consumer issues, data protection, intellectual property, anti-bribery, and competition law
• Strategic input and support to senior stakeholder groups to facilitate growth and achievement of targets
• Line management of junior team members
• Deputising for the Director of Legal
