The Role
2+ PQE Corporate Solicitor to join Top 100 firm in Bristol
Working in unison with Partners and the wider UK team, you will provide trusted guidance on corporate transactions and projects for a continually expanding client base.
Involved in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and general company law for a genuinely unique and enviable client base, the team supports national businesses, financial institutions, local authorities, housing association and healthcare providers.
Interestingly, you'll work on projects that mix both public and private sector parties, as the firm remains a trusted provider to numerous arms of government.
With a focus on wellbeing, colleague progression and social responsibility, the firm is a prime example of blending razor-sharp legal acumen with a friendly, people-orientated approach.
You will be applicable to structured development from the onset, offering progression based on merit and expertise.

The Requirements
- 2+ PQE experience in Corporate law
- Ideally, expertise in supporting the public sector
- Willingness to develop legal expertise, coupled with a hunger to progress and specialise within the team
- Creativity in solving problems, along with the communication skills and foresight required to form and nurture relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
