Are you a Construction Solicitor seeking to join regional heavyweight practice with ambitious plans of expansion on horizon? This firm are looking to grow the Construction arm of their highly reputable Real Estate team and are seeking a solicitor 5+ years PQE.

This firm have a track record of expansion and acquisition of the last 20 years. They are considered to be a leading regional practice with an ever-growing London presence

The practice now stands at over 50 Partners and some 100 fee earners. They are multi-award winning and have a working culture which truly harnesses career growth and development. They have an ever-growing number of homegrown partners which demonstrates well the level of investment they provide to their staff.

The practice deals with such a wide variety of clients, ranging from technology SME, right up to multinational FTSE 250, household names.

The firm is well managed, with a strong leadership team. Partners are more accessible than in other similar sized firms, even down to the open plan seating. This way of working has helped more junior Lawyers to obtain a level of PQE ahead of their years.

You will find a working environment that is professional, friendly, entrepreneurial and supportive. There is a nice social scene where there are always several events on a weekly basis, despite the firms size they have a nice family feel running throughout.

The role

This established practice are looking to grow with the addition of a Construction Senior Associate to join their practice.

In this position you will be working alongside a team of leading partners who are ranked highly in the legal 500 for their construction practice. Their client range includes local businesses, national clients and international blue-chip companies. They deal with mid-market size transactions and they are looking to recruit in line of growth.

This department deals with a varied and broad level of Construction work and growing in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor and you will be 5+ years PQE
  • You will be looking to join a commercially minded regional heavyweight firm
  • You will have the drive to join a heavy hitting department housing some of the best lawyers outside of London
