The Role: The firm is looking to hire a talented Commercial Property Partner/Senior Associate into their City of London office.

The firm is expanding at an impressive and sustainable rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial property team.

The caseload will depend on your focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Partner/Senior Associate
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
  • You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
  • You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
  • Salary is competitive, based upon experience
