The real estate practice is predominantly commercial and has a largely entrepreneurial client base, acting for high net worth property entrepreneurs and developers, acquiring and disposing commercial properties, as well as servicing the firm's commercial clients lease work.  There is also a small element of residential work for the firm's clients.   

Keen to ensure a smooth transition of some of these key client relationships, it’s imperative that you have experience of dealing with the full range of commercial property work, have had a quality commercial real estate background and have the desire and ambition to lead and develop a real estate team in the short to medium term.
