This boutique firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor 6-10 PQE to join their office in the City of London.
The work is construction litigation, but there is more broadly some commercial litigation work.
- The successful candidate will not need to be specialised in construction disputes but experience in it would be helpful. A strong commercial litigation solicitor would more than suffice.
- Claims against Architects, Engineers , Design and Build Contractors and other construction professionals;
- Claims against Accountants, Solicitors, Brokers, Underwriting and Managing Agents, Surveyors and Valuers;
