The Role

3+ PQE Tax & Trusts Associate to join Chambers & Tier 1 ranked team in Exeter Top 100 firm

As investment into the team continues, a Solicitor is required to join the exceptional Tier 1 team, working alongside Partners and Senior colleagues for UHNW clients, often landed both in the region and nationally with cross-border implications and considerations.

The firm's very much the go-to for this line of work in the region, with the department being pivotal to the firm success and brand. In providing support on tax planning, wealth protection, retirement planning both in the UK and overseas, the team performs at an unmatched level.

There is a pathway in place from Day 1 to Senior and Partnership, with progression based on merit. You will service the lion's share of appealing work in the sector, continually developing, amongst a backdrop that's people-orientated.

The hire is of strategic importance; this will be reflected in your level of responsibility.

The Requirements

  • 3+ Years PQE within Tax, Trusts and Succession Planning
  • Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
  • Willingness to continually progress as an Associate
