Our client is a fast-growing international law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join their team in Edinburgh.
The Corporate team deals with a range of complex matters including private and public M&A, private equity, ECM, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and recovery.
The team in Scotland have a strong local, national and international client base in sectors including technology, funds, infrastructure, manufacturing, leisure and retail.
Candidates for this role will need 5+PQE in Corporate Law gained within a leading private practice team and/or in-house. You will also ideally have experience in supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.
