The Company
A leading global professional services company who advise market leading organisiations worldwide on strategy are looking to add a Services Counsel to their Operations team.
The Role
To coordinate the legal counsel supporting the Operations Business strategy. Your work will help the Operations Business manage and mitigate risks, maintain compliance, and undertake ethical considerations.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex alliance, co-venture, academic, and supplier technology transaction agreements
- Evaluation of new market offerings, variety of deal structures such as managed services, consulting services, software as a service, licensed software (including mobile apps), and third party data in different locations.
