COMMERCIAL 1-3 PQE (TECHNOLOGY / DATA PROTECTION) - DATA PROTECTION LAWYERS WANTING TO BROADEN OUT?

<p>An exciting role working alongside partners ranked as experts in a thriving technology and data protection practice on a range of market-leading and often cutting-edge projects.&nbsp;</p> <p>The firm has a strong reputation in the media sector, hence a significant proportion of the clients of the team are well known brands, high profile talent, digital platforms, innovative start-ups, media companies and advertising agencies.</p> <p>You are likely to have between 1-3&nbsp;years post qualification experience in technology and data protection and given that this is the focus of the role, it is important that you have a real passion and interest in technology.&nbsp;&nbsp; Technology and data protection are significant growth areas for the firm and this role represents a significant career opportunity for a committed and ambitious candidate.&nbsp;</p> <p>The work will be broadly split between advising on commercial contracts with a technology focus (including software development, licensing, cloud, Saas agreements, tech related agreements with an advertising, marketing focus, Ecommerce and online consumer regulations and commercial support with tech start ups) and data protection advice.</p> <p>Junior lawyers who are currently working in a predominantly data protection role and who want to gain a broader range of work will be considered.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>For further information, please contact me in the strictest confidence at <a href="mailto:richard@zieglerconsulting.co.uk" rel="no-follow">richard@zieglerconsulting.co.uk</a></p>
