We have an exciting new role for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a multi-discipline firm in Lincolnshire. Having been established for a number of years our client is very reputable and one of the leading firms in the area.
The successful candidate will manage a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion including freehold, re-mortgages, new builds, help to buy, transfers of equity and more. You will be the first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships, providing a comprehensive and cost-effective service throughout the conveyancing process.
The ideal candidate will be at least 1 years PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
