Plot Conveyancer

Our client, a growing Times Top 100 Best Companies employer with offices nationwide, are currently looking for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join their busy Commercial Property team based in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and work with highly experienced specialists. For the right candidate, this is a chance to gain knowledge and experience, working for a diverse range of excellent clients as well as having the necessary support in a friendly environment. The Leicester commercial property team has a strong reputation and continues to grow.

You will be expected to advise on a wide range of issues. Work will include acting for both national and regional house builders and bespoke developers, residential development work including development site purchases, infrastructure agreements, licences and transfers of public open space.

You will be expected to be confident in the drafting of plot sales site set up documentation and freehold and leasehold new build plot sales. You will also cover other aspects of commercial property work including Land Registry and Companies House applications.

The successful candidate will have good IT and drafting skills as well as having excellent communication skills with both clients and other professionals.

You will also have the opportunity to get actively involved in business development in the local marketplace.

Interviews will be conducted via video.
