M & A /Corporate Professional Support Lawyer - London

Major law firm seeks a corporate /M & A professional support lawyer. The firm operates in all fields but is best known for its top-rated private equity practice and high-end public M&A capabilities. Solicitors in the practice cover a broad range of work, including private equity and venture capital, public and private M&A, corporate finance (including equity capital markets), partnerships and LLPs, corporate governance, joint ventures, reorganisations and restructurings, and general corporate advisory.

The work mainly falls into three categories: transactional, advisory, and corporate support for other practice areas. The group is regularly involved in the largest and most complex cross-border M&A transactions. Clients of the practice include some of the world's most successful and ambitious businesses and business leaders across a variety of markets, ranging from private equity houses, secondary funds and investment banks, to UK and international corporations, family offices and entrepreneurs. The successful Candidate would be be a qualified lawyer with a strong background in corporate law, preferably with experience working in a large commercial law firm . The corporate and M&A PSL team is a core function of the firm’s corporate practice and engaged in numerous projects and responsibilities.
