The Role:

You will join this respected Employment team as an Associate in their Liverpool office.

The Employment team undertakes an exceptionally high quality of work, working with employers ranging from SMEs to multinational PLCs. The quality and diversity of work make for an interesting and challenging caseload. The Employment team handles a mix of contentious & non-contentious matters, and Lawyers in the team typically specialise in one area.

You will have a high level of client contact and will be encouraged to develop your reputation and client base. The Employment team has nurtured several Associates to develop themselves technically to become confident 'leading individuals' and you can expect a high level of career investment and a clear career path to Partnership.

This is a standout opportunity for an Associate to join a highly respected Employment team in Liverpool. You will undertake an exceptionally high quality of work, be encouraged to progress your career and have the opportunity to take home a lucrative earnings package.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • Experience across either contentious or non-contentious Employment law, or a mix of the two
  • You will be a commercially minded individual and will thrive on building client relationships and marketing your practice
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and work autonomously
