Job Details
We are seeking a FTC senior technology lawyer for our client, a FTSE business. You will provide dedicated and vital legal support to the business, advising on, negotiating and drafting a range of IT Agreements, including SaaS, Software Licences, Managed Services and Outsourcings and professional services and providing strategic legal advice.
You will be working and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders including IT procurement, business owners, information security and IT teams to draft, review, negotiate and finalise IT services contracts and software licences, data agreements (including processing of special categories of data) and outsourcing arrangements across business areas. This role will have regular interaction with stakeholders across the business, including at Board level.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, trained and qualified at a leading practice, ideally including with in-house experience and supporting an Information Security Programme. Ideally, this individual would have experience of working (or will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of working) within a regulated environment.
