SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, HEAVY INDUSTRY, ARABIC, ABU DHABI
CLIENT: Our Abu Dhabi based client has a strong portfolio of international level work and projects, and they are currently seeking a new Senior Legal Counsel to add to their team. The opportunity is available in their Abu Dhabi office.
ROLE: You will join a small legal team, covering a wide variety of work across a range of business groups. Much of the work will involve both day to day risk management, solving and facilitating operational needs of the company (by drafting commercial contracts for example), as well as strategic planning for larger, longer term development projects. The latter will involve more complex documentation as well as compliance and regulatory issues.
CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to take into consideration:
- It's essential that you are fluent in both Arabic and English:
- You'll need at least 7+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Ideal candidates will have exposure to either a recognised law firm or corporate environment.
- Your skill set can be general corporate and commercial.
- Ideal candidates will also have exposure to EPC / construction and projects.
Candidates from outside the immediate region are also welcome to apply.
