New Instruction - Finance Lawyer (1-3 PQE) – Hong Kong

Highly regarded offshore law firm seeks English / Hong Kong / Commonwealth qualified finance lawyer for its busy Hong Kong practice.

On offer is the opportunity to advise leading international lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including event-driven acquisition and leveraged finance, pre-IPO financing, trade financing, integrated debt and equity financing, debt restructuring, OTC derivatives and structured products, security enforcement, project & energy finance as well as asset finance and real estate financing. There will also be opportunities to get involved in mainstream corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, general corporate advisory and voluntary liquidations.

To be considered, applicants will ideally have some of general banking & finance / structured finance / financial restructuring experience and hail from a highly regarded international firm (Magic/Silver Circle/Top US or equivalent). Chinese language skills preferred but not essential for this opportunity.
