The Corporate M&A and ECM team works with an array of corporates and investment banks on all types of M&A and equity offerings. This team is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and the Corporate Team as a whole operates in the high/premium markets. You will be part of a world leading corporate group, with many accolades globally.

You will be working on a range oof matters including buy-outs and UK takeovers as well as an array of private M&A.

You will be

• A qualified solicitor with at least 1-2 years PQE experience
• Worked within a leading corporate group
• Be exposed to M&A and ECM matters
• Have an ability to work on complex and sizeable deals.
