The Role

This is an excellent position for a Corporate (ECM) associate to join this elite Top 20 UK -International practice within their City of London office.

The Corporate team operates across the firms network across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. With a large amount of international focus, their clients encompass a range of asset managers, financial intuitions, funds, multinational corporations and banks. You will work with an array of sectors; however TMT, Fintech, Investment Funds, and Financial sectors are a key focus.

The ECM team works with the leading investment banks in UK ECM and a number of issuer clients. The team work on a spectrum of matters from large and complex international offerings to smaller domestic transactions. Regularly advising listing rule sponsors. You will work closely with the investment funds, financial services and corporate teams.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor between 1-4 years PQE
• You will have transactional experience of ECM/Capital markets matters with a desire to focus on ECM.
• Worked within a respectable international practice/ECM group.
