The Role
The firm is looking for a Family Partner to join their City of London team.
With this opportunity, you'll become a crucial figure within an impressive leading Central London law firm.
The firm's Family team offers a Partner-led service.
The work they do includes surrounding the financial implications, procedures during a separation or divorce and arrangements for the family's children. Additional to advising on relationship breakdowns, the team advises on forward planning asset protection, including pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Examples of the work they do include, Divorce; Financial claims on divorce; Children's issues (domestic/international); Separation agreements; Cohabitants' claims; Civil partnerships; Pre- and post-nuptial agreements; Cross-border disputes; Mediation; Collaborative law.
Requirements:
You will be a Partner specialising in Family / Matrimonial matters.
The right person for this firm will likely be already coming from a leading London law firm. However, this is not a prerequisite - what is required is that the quality of your work and your standards are very high.
