This elite US firm is on a recruitment drive into its Private Equity team and is welcoming Australian qualified candidates who are interested in moving to London.
The well-established Corporate department in London is split into various sub-groups and has invested significantly into its Private Equity team at partner and associate level recently.
The team has a growing reputation for advising on premium value private equity buyouts in the European market, to go with its established reputation in the US, Asia and emerging markets.
The partners have the budget to add another associate to the team, and are interested in hearing from talented mid-level private equity deal lawyers at top-tier Sydney/Melbourne practices, placing a high-value on the training and experience gained in the Australian market.
The firm is also able to offer full New York rates, which will be a massive increase for anyone working at a firm in Australia.
