IP / IT / Commercial Solicitor 2-3pqe
Mid tier 70 partner central London firm with a fantastic reputation across multiple sectors has an exciting opportunity for a 2-3pqe solicitor to join its Commercial practice to handle a mix of non contentious matters. These will include: IP protection and exploitation, IT contracts and outsourcing, commercial contracts of all types, data privacy and cyber security. Experience in some but not all of these areas is required, as well as a strong academic record, enthusiastic and inquisitive character. The firm offers excellent breadth and variety of work and great prospects. It has a sensible chargeable hour target, ensuring its lawyers work hard but also have a life outside law.
